Computerized Twin-Shaft Wet Batching Plants

Our automated batching facility on Ferozepur Road houses four heavy twin-shaft compulsory mixers. Controlled by microprocessor load cells, these plants achieve rapid, homogeneous blending of aggregate sizes, OPC/SRC cement binders, fly ash, and chemical admixtures within 45 seconds per batch.

120 m³/Hour Output Capacity per Plant
± 0.5% Accuracy Digital Load-Cell Calibration
  • Real-time microwave moisture sensors for automatic water-cement ratio correction.
  • Industrial cement silos with pneumatic dust filtration systems.
  • Triple backup diesel generators ensuring uninterrupted 24/7 batching.

Heavy Hydrostatic Transit Mixer Fleet

With over 94 specialized transit mixer trucks operating in our logistics fleet, we guarantee continuous, non-stop concrete delivery to major commercial plazas and infrastructure sites. Each truck features hydrostatic drum drive systems that maintain ideal drum rotation speeds during transit to preserve slump and eliminate aggregate separation.

8 m³ - 10 m³ Agitator Drum Capacity
GPS Tracking Real-Time Transit Telematics
  • Integrated high-pressure water wash tanks for clean drum discharge.
  • Hydraulic drum tilt mechanisms for rapid high-volume unloading.
  • Dedicated night-pour logistics team with GPS dispatch controls.

48M Mobile Hydraulic Boom Placement Pumps

To facilitate fast placement across multi-story buildings, deep basement raft foundations, and wide bridge decks, we maintain 12 heavy-duty mobile hydraulic boom pumps. These pumps feature multi-section Z-fold articulating booms capable of reaching high elevation points with maximum precision and zero concrete wastage.

48 Meters Vertical Boom Placement Reach
160 m³/Hour High-Pressure Pumping Speed
  • Articulated Z-fold boom configuration for tight urban job sites.
  • Wireless remote-controlled operator guidance for extreme accuracy.
  • Capable of pumping high-viscosity C40 & self-compacting mixes.

Sub-Zero Flake Ice Chilling & Temperature Control

High ambient summer temperatures in Punjab can cause premature concrete setting, slump loss, and severe thermal cracking in mass pours. To counteract this, Power Ready Mix operates two industrial sub-zero flake ice plants. Dry flake ice is automatically weighed and dosed directly into the mixing drum, holding discharge temperatures below 30°C.

< 30°C Target Pour Temperature Assurance
30 Tons/Day Sub-Zero Flake Ice Output
  • Prevents heat of hydration thermal stress in thick raft foundations.
  • Preserves mix workability during long transit in extreme summer heat.
  • Complies with SBC and ACI hot weather concreting specifications.
